Run Club consists of 1 in-person coach led work out and 1 at home workout each week for those based in the Iowa City area. Remote options are available as well. All ages, paces and skill levels are welcome! Run club runs April through November or as long as Iowa weather is still friendly. We primarily meet at the track in Iowa City for in-person sessions to easier accommodate all paces. We focus on building a strong and well rounded base for short to medium distance running. We love to run some local 5Ks together throughout the season.
